"Decided to try Dr. Dale as he is close to my house now that we are in Denham and I have a coworker who uses him. I’ll start by saying the visit was good until we discussed my adderall. He said he cannot prescribe me the adderall that I’ve been taking for years due to not knowing me even though he uses same system as my previous physician. So he pretty much explained that due to lack of trust between us that I could and I guess would sell it on the street due to being instant release. (Should have brought my background record with me.) I was ok with taking an extended release, but have had my insurance decline in the past. I explained my past, but decided to try. They declined and it’s been a week since I’ve taken my medicine. I should never run out of a medicine. Today I get the call that I, the patient need to call and complain to my insurance company, even though he is the “doctor” who has the explanation as to why he used his medical background and knowledge for why he prescribed it. Obviously the insurance companies don’t have the same street selling memo from FDA that was sent to doctors."

"Doctor Dale has been my primary care physician for more than 12 years. As his practice and reputation grew, I was relieved to find out that I was able to keep him as my primary care physician throughout these transitions. I am over 55 and have had my fare share of surgeries. The ability to stay with one doctor, one you can trust is very important to me. Doctor Dale is one who takes the time to get to know you and your unique situation. Life is complicated and affects our health. Having a doctor that knows you can greatly benefit the path and methods used to help you with your medical needs. Doctor Dale is one of the few doctors that I have had over the years that really takes the time to listen to you. They come in "yep this is going around. Take this and call if you are not feeling better in two weeks. Horrible. Doctor Dale will listen to you, let you know that it sounds like what's going around. Tell you the various things he has seen with his patients and give you his recommendation for treatment. I cannot say enough good things about him. I now have my son seeing him. He is old enough to not want to go to his pediatrician. Doctor Dale's staff is really great as well. They are all very friendly. When lab work is done. They give me a call every time with the results. If I ask a question I usually get a reply the same day. I highly recommend Doctor Robin Dale and his staff for all your primary care needs. You won't be disappointed!"
