"Girl kneed me in my tailbone I screamed during our break on my group therapy sessions and nothing was done and they won't even give me my medical records. Something is wrong if you talk to the head staff and they tell you you need an attorney to get your records. I don't know why I didn't fight back may have been in shock or thought she was bigger than me which at the time I was a tiny thing and she was huge but I'm stronger today you wouldn't last a second now. She supposedly said she had a debilitating disease during group so I was so confused. The head counselor looked in disgust but said nothing. Someone sent her Im sure of it and Ive got alot on my plate but Im not letting this go. Unacceptable. I'm coming for you if you're still here. You all are cowards!"
"Doctors and Social Workers are still good, but the administration are always stressed and not very friendly, at all. Some of the nurses are great and competent, others, not so much. Sometimes they return calls, other times they do not. Wait times have gotten a little ridiculous. Their computers are extremely slow. I also presume the clinic is seeing more people than it can handle."
"This place is awful. I called 3 times in an emergency situation and was put on hold 3 times for a very long time crying my eyes out! Found out my Dr wasn't there anymore but wasn't warned. Then I try to explain how I need to get in ASAP. I THOUGHT THEY HAD SOME KIND OF PROTOCOL FOR EMERGENCIES. SO THERE IS NO WAY I CAN GET IN FOR WEEKS! They didn't show no concern at all. No compassion what so ever. People, especially working in this situation should be trained for compassion, etc. I will never go there again ! Mental illness is REAL PEOPLE !"
"Dr. Monette is a great psychiatrist. I've been seeing him for about 11 years & he has helped me tremendously. He is very caring & genuinely listens. I hope he never leaves. The staff is friendly also. The counselors are a different story from my experience."
