"My daughter was swabbed for Covid and Flu. We waited 15 mins and the NP came in, stood on side of my daughter and said “ she got flu b, she’s going to be sick for about 5-7 days and I’ll send tamiflu to the pharmacy, ok I’ll get the discharge paperwork.” The NP did NOT touch my daughter, didn’t listen to her breathing, didn’t look in the ears or throat…. Literally did NOTHING. I knew the flu swab came back positive before she even entered the room, through my chart. Sooooo why are we waiting hours to see a “doctor?” Absolutely terrible service…especially after waiting over an hour to be seen."
