"To be fair, I've known Doc Dronka since we were 10, when my family and I moved from LA. We grew up together just west of Houston. I know her well enough to where it's just plumb weird calling her Doc. Lol. She's just Katherine to me. Either way, I made my biannual visit to LA (I'm originally from Gretna), and every time I come up from Corpus where I live now, I stop in for a checkup. She really went out of her way for me. Between the exam, and holding a new pair of glasses in my hand, took about 3 hours. Like I said, I'm kinda partial, but I've known her almost my entire life. I know she's a good person. And yes... According to Google Maps, that's an 8 hour drive. But it's also worth it. For this customer service? 16 hours total is nothing. I rarely give 5 stars, but here I am."

"Had an appointment for my 5 year old son. There was no wait and everyone was very patient and kind with him even though he was not 100% cooperative. The facility is beautiful and clean. Great selection of children’s eyewear. Definitely recommend."

"Staff is caring and makes you feel at ease from the moment you walk in the door. They talk with you over every concern during the exam and also help you find the glasses that are right for you if that's what you need. My son had a new pair of glasses come in, but after a major surgery and I couldn't get up there to get them. A worker offered to bring them to my home out of the kindness of her heart! Choose them first, you won't be disappointed."
