"Absolutely lowest level of care I've ever received. I went in specifically to get my blood pressure medication refilled. They did blood work and refilled meds that I didn't need refilled as they had always been continuous. When they called to tell me about my blood work, they had completely forgotten the whole reason I came in, in the first place. I mentioned the blood pressure meds which were the whole reason I went in. Said my current BP was good enough and my numbers at home would have to be proven in the office, like they didnt believe me. I would have to basically prove to them I still had high blood pressure. The level of care here has gone down so drastically that you're just a rushed out the door number."

"Thought I would try Northpoint again. Facility called today, Jan 9, to cancel my appt for today. Telling me the Doctor resigned in September. Front desk is unresponsive. Doctors are leaving. Sounds like an office management issue."

"Set up an appointment a month in advance, gave insurance/personal information also… When we get there on appointment date once again we give them all the insurance information and fill out more paperwork. We wait 10 mins for a nurse to come tell us Alison isn’t taking new patients!!! Waste of time.."

"The clinic appears clean and sanitary. Plenty of parking. Front desk staff are somewhat friendly. The nurses have all been very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. Kyle Dean is outstanding. Some of the PA's have attitude problems and huffs and puffs about serious issues and medical problems. Would recommend. But maybe stick with the doctors."

"I love this clinic! The staff has always been very kind, patient, and helpful. I've used them as my primary care for several years and have never had a problem with a visit. I love that their walk in clinic is open 7-7 and counts as a PCP visit. It helps a lot with being seen after work!"
