"Great set up, great atmosphere, very clean. Food is good and what you would expect from a place like this. Machines are well maintained. Servers are very polite and friendly. The service is abysmal. Without exaggeration it’s the worst in Beaumont. Inattentive, forgetful, and meandering. Also, our 3pm lane reservation was pushed to 3:45 while we waited and weren’t offered a reason why. Clearly this is a management issue. They can feel free to breach out to me."

"It was my son and myself first time going here. My son has been looking forward to coming here since it was being built. There isn’t much to to do here in Beaumont, So it was a nice change of scenery, without having to travel far out of Beaumont. Convenient, The staff was amazing and very Accommodating and they attended to every need. The facility itself very clean , restrooms very clean. We enjoyed ourselves very much. The money was worth it."

"This was my 1st visit. Conveniently located by my hotel, I was able to walk over. All of the staff was friendly from beginning to end. My son and I had lots of fun, and our friends did as well. Will be back to try more food and games."
