"When I needed a hospital I decided that I would choose Lane Medical Center. The reason it was not so big and I had used smaller one and they made you feel like family. Had friends in Zachary and they visited me with easefacility in 1995 for a surgical procedure and was very comfortable with the fact that it was like family. When I arrived at the hospital the ER Doctor was very helpful and concerned about my to be moved to a room for more . Immediately was being treated for my symptoms and the problem. Wasn’t along wait before I was able to feel better with the care of the doctor and the nurses . My stay was as stress free as possible. Dr. Diaz hospital doctor assigned to me was very knowledgeable and helpful. The Nurses were very helpful and always willing to listen to your concerns etc. this is why I have given them a 5 star rating on this matter. Mary Shields Central,La."

"I went to Lane through the ED and was rather skeptical based on things I’ve heard about the facility. I’m not from the area so I was very nervous about going but was so ill. The staff took excellent care of me. They ran every possible test to find a diagnosis. They were kind and compassionate. My second floor nurse Sarah along with Ms Jackie were a blessing! Terrell came to clean my room and checked on me during my stay. It felt good to have support within the hospital since I don’t have family here! Excellence in care. "Huge Rave: I have to rave on Lane Regional Medical Center. The labor and delivery I experienced at Lane has been everything I could have hoped for. The staff was amazing, always there and attentive to what you need anytime. The nurses who worked with my baby and I did not disappoint me one bit. The communication, care, knowledge, resources, etc exceeded my expectations. I would like to thank the staff for making this experience so memorable and so special for my family and I. I would recommend them over and over with no doubts."
