They dropped my daughter because of 3 CANCELLED appointments even though me and my husband have 20 missed appointments COMBINED. they banned us from any Lady Of The Lake because of 3 appointments. When in reality it was because of money."

"Ever since they joined with our lady of the lake back in August of 2016, they have gone terrible. Try calling and you’ll literally ring for atleast 3min or have to call 3 times while it rings for 2-3min. 10min just to call to make an appointment with a screaming baby and toddler in the background. Ridiculous. Terrible communication between the actual staff at the offices and our lady if the lake billing. There are a few staff members that are great, but the rest really are terrible to work with/talk to. Will be switching once my second child is done with all his vaccinations. The doctors are good but not worth it to deal with the rest."
