"Hours after completing my sleep study. Let me first state KENDRA was absolutely AMAZING! She was very attentive, thorough, educative and a sweetheart. I had some adjustment difficulties and she was super supportive. At the end of the study she even watched to ensure l was in the car safely due to the parking lot being in back. The sleeping quarters were clean however the bed was very uncomfortable. You could hear the springs as you adjusted and the mattress wasn’t comfortable at all so to say l didn’t sleep well is an understatement. Bridget was awesome in getting my authorization done in a short period of time and for that l appreciate her. Cons: Day staff doesn’t provide much (if any) insight as to what to expect, how to dress (l wore tights not knowing sensors would be added to my legs), they don’t tell you what type of identification you’ll need, nor have you complete prior paperwork. The paste and tapes that’s used to attach sensors should be told to the patient to ensure there are no allergies or skin reactions. In my opinion they could do a better job. What was stated to me several times was the payment amount."
"Did my sleep test on Vivian LA one of the easy sleep concept location. Nurse named Tiffany is the one assists me entire night. Folks it is a sleep test right but she for some reason she wakes me up like 3times. 1st time is about to fall sleep she comes to the room wakes me up just to say had air leak on the mask. But the 2nd time where I was in my deepest sleep.she wakes me up… again!!!! Just to tell me my mask had air leak so know I couldn’t go back to my sleep then 3rd comes to my room again telling me oxygen sensor on my finger wasn’t properly attached. Now I’m fully awake, so I started using my phone for a bit and next thing i heard her talking to the mic inside the room telling me test is being completed. FYI this is 3am when she says test is completed and she send me home at 3am. I am so mad because it’s 3am and wanted me to go home and have to drive 45minutes while I should be still sleeping for the “sleep test” but no I was driving back home @3:30. Also I said to her I only slept like 2to3 hrs the entire night because you keep waking me up then lie on my face telling me “no, you were sleep the whole entire time.” I am furious as she knows better than me if I slept the entire night or not. Shady sleep test center. She lies!!!! Not recommended"
"Did my home study without a hitch. My in office over night study was great. Kendra took good care of me and had me out by 6Am. Over all it was a great experience. Now waiting for results so I can get set up with my cpap machine."
"Shady as the night is dark. Picked up equipment for sleep study. Instructions were to press button and center light would light up. Simple. Slept with device attached per instructions and even placed pillows on either side of me to prevent rolling on my stomach. Turned equipment in next morning. Received a call stating device turned off after 20 minutes and I’d need to come back and pick up the device and do test again that night. That night I put equipment on and turn it on. Sat in a chair for 10 mins or so and the equipment turned off. Waited approximately 30 minutes and tried again. Unit would not turn on. I called their office number around 10:30pm and the person that answered could not offer any assistance as to why the unit was not operational. I returned the equipment next morning with a note explaining everything and requesting a refund of the $104.62, since the equipment did not work. Notified my Doctor of the issues and they scheduled another appointment with another sleep study company (which went off without a hitch). On 3/18/21, 6 days after equipment was returned and after 2 unanswered phone calls, I finally hear back from the wife of the owner. She stated no refund was coming because equipment was used twice and it’s not their fault I couldn’t press a button correctly. It’s comical. You press a button until it turns on. There were no instructions on what steps to take if and when equipment turns off. I had to get my credit card company involved and I hope it doesn’t escalate to the point of getting a lawyer or going to small claims court. I’d be careful using these folks."
