"I recently had some health issues. I got set up to see the cardiologist. Lucky for me it was Dr. Rao/Dr. Buheis’s office. It took me a few weeks to be able to get in and see them. I took this as a good sign. Meaning a lot of people come here which means it must be a good place. My aunt uses Dr Rao and always brags about how good he is. I saw Dr. Buheis and he was very kind and helpful. It was a good experience overall. Especially when you’re nervous about your heart health. He scheduled me for a nuclear stress test and an Ultrasound. I went in and had my stress test done and I was nervous from everything I had heard about it. The tech that was going to oversee the stress test was a man named Randal. Randal was definitely good at his job. I’m a pretty big boy and didn’t fit in the machine very well. He talked me through the whole thing and if it wouldn’t have been for him, I wouldn’t have done it. He made me relax and was overall a good guy. He is definitely a hidden gem. If you’re ever in need of a Nuclear Stress Test, I would definitely recommend going to Dr. Rao / Dr. Buheis’s office and my new friend, Randal."

"My first time today in this office and it was a bad experience from this one right here. I walked up and gave her my name and I didn't have my actual insurance card so I went to my insurance app and retrieve the card from there. My plan says I don't need a referral but this person gave me an attitude when I told her I didn't need a referral. Then she tells me without reading my card that I needed a referral. An apology would not change her attitude but it will admit her butt was wrong and should read next time. Reading is fundamental and beneficial. I live to far to just leave so I'm going to give it a try and see how the actual visit goes. My visit with Dr. Rao went well."

"I saw Dr. Rao over a year ago. His office scheduled me for a follow appointment. They called me Wednesday (June 6, 2018) to reconfirm my follow up appointment. During the call, a young lady informed me that my insurance was no longer valid. I provided them with the new up to date medical insurance information. I arrived yesterday (June 7, 2018) for my 115 appointment at approximately 1250. The young lady (mid 30s,) at the receptionist desk informed me that they needed another referral from my physician before they would see me. I informed her that this is my follow up appointment that they scheduled. I also informed her that I drove two hours to make this follow up appointment. I asked her if she would call my doctor to have them send the referral over. She told me I had to do it, they could not call. I called my physician's office while at the receptionist desk and they stated they would fax it over. The lady informed me twice that they are still waiting on the referral. I informed her the first time they said they would be faxing it. What was upsetting was that she would not call my physician's office to try and expediate the matter or make the initial call. After sitting there 30 minutes passed by scheduled appointment time, I got up and informed her that this was something they should have addressed and corrected yesterday with my doctor's office. This was a waste of time. You scheduled a patient for a follow up, they come as scheduled and you tell them you can't see them until another referral is sent. The patient has to do the job of the office staff and try and get the referral for an appointment that they scheduled. Customer service in this office was very poor. Dr. Rao addressed my medical needs a year ago , but my experience with his staff does not leave me with a good impression of good customer service."

"Dr. Buheis is very thorough and always takes his time to explain everything and he really makes sure you understand what he's saying. Most doctors these days rush you in and they tell you your diagnosis so fast you barely understand it if at all, throw prescriptions at you and send you out the door. Not Dr. Buheis. No matter how many questions you have, he sits patiently always giving you eye contact so you feel you have his undevided attention and answers each one until you both feel you are comfortable with the answers. His entire staff is just as friendly and always have a smile on their face except the girl at the front desk when you first sign in. She is very moody at best. I can't tell if she hates her job or the people that seem to walk through the door interrupting her precious time so be prepared for nothing but attitude from her if your lucky enough for her to talk to you at all. But please don't let her bad attitude be a reflection on the rest of the office or the doctor. Once you make it past her, you will love everyone and the quality of care you receive from everyone to include the nurses, the girls that administer the tests, and the doctor. I would have given this a 5 star if it hadn't been for Miss Front Desk Grouch."
