"I ran into the issue with waiting over a month and called the doctor's office to place a second referral, they called me in just over a week about 8 PM and left a message. I called the next day left message to call me back to schedule my sleep study, with all the messages I've left and the only call back I got was at night and they was not able to get. My folder the first time and they left a message for the day shift to call me, to this point another 3 weeks. The second call came at night again a week later and he was unsure of him self but I did get an appointment, I have tried to get in contact with them and no dice, I had surgery and needed to reschedule at this point over a week has past with no call. This place is not professional at all I'm will look for another center that answers the phone. For those who call the wait after the first message and another will come on with a tone to leave a message."

"I needed a sleep study...A refral was made through my GP. I had to call my GP after 3 weeks to an update on when I could schedule my study. They called it took another week before I called the hospital after trying to reach the center myself a few times. I left messages my GP left message it wasn't until I filled a complaint that I got an appointment scheduled. Now my girlfriend needs a study and I am running into the EXACT SAME ISSUES. I can not get anyone on the phone or call me to schedule a study...How are they in business if every referral and appointment is ignored? I've waited a week and a half for a call, been calling them directly for 3 days, left a message for them to call me back...I'm calling Tuesday to file a complaint, seems like a complaint = appointments."
