"From the moment I walked in I felt at home. Such a sweet and caring staff, and the wait time was about 10 minutes which was amazing. The nurse and doctor really took the time to listen to my symptoms and prescribed the appropriate medications. Then about 20 min after I left I brought my son in for the same symptoms and we were out of there literally in 15 min. Being from out of state coming back home for a visit we received nothing but top notch service!!!! Thank you all so much!!!!"

"I highly recommend Beaumont Urgent Care. I showed up early this morn with horrible sinus pressure and pain. They had me checked in, analyzed, steroid shot for quick relief and out the door in short time with my prescription ready for pickup at Kings Pharmacy. The three staff members I worked with were Kinsie, Charles and Kelly. It is so nice to have such good service from a professional team."

"I have had two experiences at this urgent care location and both times were exemplary. The first time was last month, when my wife was ill on a Sunday afternoon. Many urgent cares in our area are not open on Sundays and this was the only option. I'm very glad it was. The place was clean, the staff polite and welcoming, and the service professional and prompt. This afternoon I was feeling under the weather. I've been sick on and off for about a month. I was seen within ten minutes, and found the staff respectful of my request to avoid a shot this afternoon. I have a particular fear of needles and they were kind enough not to insist upon one, and instead ordered my medication in an oral tablet that I can take over the course of the next week. Both times I was impressed by the environment. I feel comfortable there, and I rarely feel comfortable in a doctor's office. I was treated with respect and dignity that is unfortunately all-too-lacking in the medical profession. I cannot recommend Beaumont Urgent Care or its staff enough."

"Upon arrival I was immediately greeted by the sweet front desk lady. The staff was very kind and helpful. I was taken back very quickly. The nurse was nice and made me feel taken care of. The doctor listened to my issues, came up with a solution quickly and prescribed me the appropriate treatment. It was nice to not have to wait long as I was not feeling well. I was able to get in and out and go home and rest."
