"I have been going to healthy solutions for about 8 months now. When I go in, the girls always greet me and are very kind. When I am having a rough week, they encourage me and try to help keep me on track. Kat gives me recommendations to try and follow as well as encouragement. Considering how busy they always are, the staff is efficient and does their very best to get you taken care of. As a nurse of 30 years, I would say they all do a great job. So glad that I made the decision to make that change"

Kat, is very quiet and shy until you get to know her. She and Rachel are very helpful and also come up with recommendations when you are feeling a little down when you were having a bad week.
