"I performed an experiment with this company after an incident as to the validity testing, I can say only a little at this point as my attorneys are now conducting their own investigation that is more legit than the one I conducted, I can say that people are definitely losing jobs on this guys "opinion" science should NEVER be an opinion. Maybe my experiment was illegal but I knew what I was being accused of was incorrect and I felt Someone needed to do something, I've already lost everything now so I figured I may as well keep going at this point and maybe it can help others because someone had to say no at some point to just laying down and taking it up the keister and excepting an opinion over science. It has taken me months of research and stress so why stop now. Keeping the innocence people in my prayers and hang on for now, maybe things will work out soon for you all that may have been effected by the issues I discovered."

"I’m in Washington state and when they talk about in multiple reviews, over multiple review sites are all the same. When they speak and review on here about altering drug samples or hair analysis they are not lying regarding the results. They will actually call you before they send the results back to the agency. They can be bought! I seen several reviews by truck drivers with DOC and whatever state they might’ve been they came back with all the same results as The agencies they contract nationwide with. The clients here in the state of Washington which in my case, is a Muckleshoot Indian Tribe at that time or maybe still is six months later as this is an edit, are you still using them. In my case is the child protection agency. I immediately went to LabCorp after getting results from this doctor, had it re-done and it came back negative! This is so sad the doctors are allowed to do this just for the sake of money. I heard this from the nurse that actually works in the office."

"I been going to Dr jade for a long time now and I refuse to see anyone else. He listens to every word I have to say and doesn't make me feel like I need to rush he seems to actually be sitting there listening. I do not care for most of the assistants and the nurse practitioners though but I'm not there to see them. Brian heinen is. Very good doctor too but I will only see jade. And it doesn't let me comment on it but the other review of the lady posting about y'all not seeing her, a professional should never leave a response like that to a patient. Ever. Very unprofessional and whoever wrote it should be fired whether it's true or not. When I was hospitalized twice Dr jade told me he doesn't do hospitals visits period and 12 to 1 is your lunch break. "Crooked Dr Heinen and his bogus lab take payoffs from trucking companies executives for false positive drug tests on problem Drivers who file grievances and lawsuits against their companies. They play games with the drug testing settings on lab equipment too which will show you are positive even though you are actually below the cut off levels they always round up to 16ng/ml even if there is only trace amounts under the cutoff. Drivers if you are ever tested by this scam artist make sure to get a test at another facility right away!"

"Horrible service, I was there for my appointment time. They waited an hour to tell me the doctor wouldn't be able to see me because I called from the car to tell her it was raining too bad. She said at that time it was fine. Let me fill out paperwork and then an hour later tells me I can't be seen. They don't communicate with each other let alone the patient. Choose anywhere else. They had absolutely no one waiting when they said they couldn't see me. Never was waiting on the car because of my hair. It was raining hard and I called and asked if it was ok. They said it was and it was ten minutes. But your response shows how unprofessional you guys are."
