"The nurse practitioner and medical assistant that saw me were very kind and respectful. They explained everything that was going on to me well. The problem I had was that the receptionist was very rude. When I was checking in and older couple came in, and she was rude to them in front of me. Then after my appointment I went back into urgent care to ask them a question about my excuse, and she had a terrible attitude towards me."

They made sure to listen to everything that I said was wrong with me and helped to get better with the medications they prescribed. "The facility is nice and clean, and the MA who took me back was very kind, but that’s where the good stops. I came in with a condition I’ve had before, and needing antibiotics, Dr. Mitchell offered me an antibiotic that I would not be able to nurse my daughter while I was on it. After explaining that “pumping and dumping” was not an option for me, I asked for an alternative. She was “not comfortable” prescribing or offering anything else, including what I had been prescribed previously, so I left in pain and frustration. This was absolutely unacceptable, and I will not be back to this facility if Dr. Mitchell is on duty."
