Reviews
"Great experience with Dr. Kindler. Shes very fast and honest and let's you know what exactly is happening on the inside of your eye."
"Very friendly staff from the point I was greeted until I walked out the door. Doctor Primeaux seemed to do a good job as well. Time will tell when I get my new glasses. Their frame selection wasn’t the greatest so I’m still searching for frames. Overall it was a good appointment."
"Professional and pretty neat on time with the appointment schedule. Dr. H has been my ophthalmologist several years and I will continue seeing him in the future!"
"Extremely happy with Dr. Margaret Carter, her assistant, and Doris Mhire in Moss Bluff. Do not care for Imperial Avenue site."
"My wife and I have been here a few times and are usually pretty happy with the service… until now. They told me I needed a new prescription for my lenses and they sent off my frames to have them switched out. When my frames came back, they were broken. They did not offer to make things right, in fact, they told me I signed a waiver releasing them from any responsibility. I looked through my paperwork and cannot find any such waiver. Even if that was the case, they should have contacted the company who broke the frames to try and make things right for me—a paying customer. I know in small claims court a waiver holds no water. The company is still responsible for merchandise that they ask you to surrender to their care, so a waiver is worthless, even if there is one. They told me my only solution was to buy a new pair of frames for $160. What?? I could tell this employee could have cared less and was not interested in making things right. I’m going to go back on Monday and talk to somebody else and see if they do the right thing or not, and then I will update this review. If they don’t, I will definitely pursue this further until my glasses are fixed free of charge. I would definitely steer clear of a company who flat out doesn’t care about the customer!!! Talk about bad business!"
