"I am expected to come in for a visit to refill a prescription I have been on my whole life. I refuse to come in and sit in the lobby for 2 hours and sit in the room for another hour before being seen. I tried telemedicine, they won’t do an appointment unless I come in. I’ve tried but you guys have lost a long time customer."
"I have been to multiple doctors ever since I lost my PCP in 2015 due to them not being able to accept my insurance. This was the first doctor I been to that I actually felt took the time to listen to me. And his medical Assistant Emily was sweet as ever.. Thank y'all for making me feel heard. I get very anxious when going to the doctor due to some bad experiences and a negligent birth injury to my son.. Y'all made this visit much more bearable and because of that I am not so anxious about my 1 month follow up"
"LOVE THE DR's and nurses, but the front office staff is horrible. I've made appointments in the FLOOD and took off work. They forgot to schedule me. Dr. Schlamp was not there to even work me in. If it was not for the DR/NURSE's i would not go back. This is the THIRD TIME I'm going back online to schedule a appointment, I still bet you I don't hear back from them."
