"Terrible…. They got my prescription wrong not once but twice. I don’t even think I want to try a third time. They didn’t do proper procedure for my exam. Some of the staff wasn’t the nicest. They are ALWAYS over booked and your waiting time is at least an hour. Just terrible service overall… highly disappointed."

"I just walked out! The girl at the front desk was very nice....BUT then she told me the Dr MIGHT charge you copay PLUS a additional $85 for new patient...she MIGHT who does she charge and who does she not charge???? What a rip off"

"Every time I’ve been there the docs and nurses are efficient and nice. The front desk and wait times are intolerable. The very worst is the department that picks and orders the glasses. It’s a shame to lose a good doctor due to staff be he is the one responsible for his support staff."

"Workers were very professional. They made you feel that they were concerned about your problem and that I would be seen by the doctor shortly. The office was clean and relaxing. Dr. Hankins showed concern about my problem. He put me at ease. Made a diagnosis and prescribed what he thought would remedy the problem. He also scheduled a follow up visit to determine my progress and preform other necessary tests. I have been Dr. Hankins patient for many years and trust his diagnosis. He is also very professional and his apparel reflects the same."
