"I called to make a same day appointment at the lake charles location but only Sulphur had an opening. I got there and my interaction with the receptionist Bailey was trash. She had no customer etiquette at all. She had a stale face, spoke in a flat tone, no greeting, no eye contact, threw my document on the counter. I had an issue a week later and called the Sulphur office to my displeasure, Bailey picked up the phone with that same, unpleasent, dry attitude she presented before. The girl who did my kid's vitals, same thing. I know the employer can't see everything but seems to me the younger hires want the easy, sit down jobs and have the worst attitude when interacting with the public and i refuse to believe employers don't see it. These are the faces of the Pediatric Center in Sulphur."

"Doctor is never there. Literally only seen our daughters doctor 1 time. Every visit after that we had to see random nurse practitioners or doctors from other locations. Today we call because our daughter has an ear infection and they tell us to call back later because computers are down. People are trusting you with their kids, if you aren’t up to the task then don’t waste people’s time."

"Come here expecting they know about children, but took 2 pediatricians to figure out my daughter had a tongue and lip tie. We presented them with evidence as to why we thought so and they brushed us off. Maybe I should be a pediatrician since Google did their job. Along with when they put silver nitrate on my daughters belly button, they wouldn’t answer my wife’s questions on care or what’s to be expected. Each time she comes here she feels like they could care less and so do I. Won’t be coming back to a place who can’t do their own job even with their college degrees."

"It was an emergency situation they had me scheduled for my daughter for Wednesday but they took me right away and it was a Monday they were nice and it was a pleasurable Unforgettable experience. The only thing I did not like was the doctor that brushed The Situation off, I will be getting a second opinion."
