Any medical provider who manufactures blatant lies that go against every major medical organization in the country isn't safe for the general public to see for medical issues. He puts his ideological views over medical facts and science. This can cause terrible malpractice issues. He shouldn't have a job in the medical field."

"I started going here a few months ago an I’m glad that I did.. The staff is friendly, helpful, and considerate.. Wait time never bothered me that much, but I have never had to sit more than 15 minutes before I was called back.. All in all great Docs/Nurses an practice.."

"I used to go here each time that I needed help for almost any medical condition. I had done bloodwork here and every drug, on the panel showed up on their test that they gave to me! The only medications that I was taking were 1. SUBOXONE and 2. Xanax. (It was the only medications that I was taking at the time, and it was the 2 medications that this clinic gave me to take.) However, the nurse practitioner refused to retest the bloodwork, which showed that I was taking every single type medication that was controlled- and discontinued the medications that they had me on and made me go thru severe withdrawals! This clinic did not want to even consider that the results from my blood test was wrong or a mistake! I suffered and still am suffering to this day because of their inconsiderate decision! I'm reluctant to even get any medical treatment because this made me loose faith in the medical field completely. Sincerely, watch yourself here!"

"They are very thorough for conducting an annual physical as well as sick visits. Chad the NP is awesome. I trust them to my family’s medical care. The facilities are conveniently located, and clean. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this team."

"Was a good family doctors office at one point but has been declining for years now. Have been a patient there for over 10 years and get my medications through the Cottonport office. Was told as long as I came in once every 6 months that they would refill my medications. I have no transportation of my own and the one person I could get transportation from could not bring me the week that my medication was running out. I called and attempted to see if they would call in a refill until I could get transportation and they refused. I tried to explain that I knew It was over the 6 months (by a few days) and that I would be coming in as soon as I could but I would run out of my medication and the girl working the phone said she did not care and that's my own fault. Guess that's what 10+ years gets you at this place."
