"I have been going here for years. However, the last 6 months has been horrible. They advertise walk ins and refuses to take walk ins. I was so sick and they refused to work me in. Told me I can get in in a few days. They told me to go to an urgent care or community clinic. She was rude. I wen to urgent care and have a major sinus infection and strep throat. Just horrible service."

"This clinic was an amazing clinic. The past 6 months or so it has really gotten off track. My appointment will be confirmed until the day of the appointment and then it will get rescheduled . I understand that things come up but this has happened 4 or 5 times now they are rescheduling my rescheduled appointments. I have major health issues that have to be kept up with and I can not find consistency at this clinic anymore. I have taken off of work to go to appointments to be rescheduled at the last minute. My last 2 appointments they have told me they called the day before and left me a message. I have no missed calls or messages. I drive from South Lake Charles to these appointments. If you value your health or your time you might want to look into a different clinic."

"The nursing staff always has excuses of why they messed up on something. If you question them they become rude. I was told something was wrong with CalCam's system and they didn't know when I would get my lab results. I called CalCam and was told all results were being manually faxed to doctors. Then a neurologist called me out of the blue to make an appointment. According to them I was referred by the Vinton Medical Clinic and I have no idea why. I don't need to see a neurologist. I was having joint pains not neurological problems. Was referred to hormone clinic almost a year ago and still nothing. No thanks!"

"Before COVID I would've told you this was the best clinic with excellent staff and knowledgeable practitioners. Now its super difficult to get ahold of staff, and the new "Doctors" they've hired would rather argue with you rather than help you. If you call to have a prescription filled you'll have better luck calling your pharmacy to see if they sent the paperwork to have it done. All around this whole clinic has gone to hell."

"I was so impressed with my 1st visit yesterday with the staff, and specifically Yvonne Alexander APRN. I had so many issues that I needed 2 get addressed and we would start at one then all the other issues feel into place Because she truly understand medicine and understood me as her new patient. I'm a little scared of possible test results but she is getting all the tests I need in order 2 make me feel better. I've very greatfrul I found this place, and I have no doubts they will walk me through it all. Y'all are the best thank u so much 4 helping me 2 feel good again. ."
