"My experience with bayou mental health has been all but good. I have a hard time getting my meds on time and no way to get in touch with the nurse practitioner that is over the prescriptions. I call them and Mrs Hazal says she's gonna get the so called Dr to call me back, but I never hear from anyone.This has to be the worst I've ever been treated by any Dr. I do not recommend anyone to this place."
"If you didn't have mental problems when you went there, you definitely would after dealing with these people. I felt like I was trying to be taken advantage of.... wanted me to sign papers, not knowing or being explained what it was I was signing, told me they couldn't give me a copy of what I was signing. Told me I HAD to bring my child to see the "medicine doctor" who turned out not to be a doctor at all but a nurse practitioner, all this after I declined & told them up front I did NOT want to medicate her. Constantly given bad information such as treatment was approved by insurance, setting appointment, then being told on the day of appointment that they had to cancel because insurance had not been approved yet. Dealing with these people was a HUGE waste of time. Very unprofessional in my opinion."
