"I went in today to see if I could get my glasses adjusted as I got my glasses from somewhere else. First, the two ladies working had great customer service and were really nice. I didn't catch her name, but one of the ladies adjusted my glasses until they felt comfortable. I tried to pay for the service, but she said it was free. I also tried to tip, but she couldn't accept either. This is an example of what customer service should be about. Thank you, ladies!!!!"

"Focus point on glasses is almost 3/4" under my eyes. My Dr, put black marks where the focal point is. Prescription was not even right. I'm pretty sure the woman was high. Have fun when when you are home, not at work! Go the to The Eye Clinic in Lake Charles and save you a headache!"
