"I was referred to them through the VA Community Care. First they threw my paperwork away, not once, but twice. When the VA called they said I had to have an appointment before paperwork was sent. So, finally got an appointment that I had to make myself. Upon arriving 10 min early on the day of my appointment, I am turned away because I haven’t gotten my DL switched to Texas yet. Though I have an appointment with the DPS because they only do appointments there. Appointments that are scheduled 5 to 6 months out. So, I was refused service because I did everything I was supposed to do. Totally unsupportive of their Military Veterans that need to be seen. I wouldn’t suggest the VA or any other Veteran request to be seen there."
