"Doctor is very nice and helpful. The ladies working at the window are very rude. I had filled out a form when I arrived and stated that the pharmacy I wanted to use was SandRdrugco and when I arrived to pick up my medication it was not ready. Called urgent care to see why and they had sent it to Walmart. Very unprofessional."

"My wife and I were traveling from Beaumont TX to Branson MO and I got pink eye of all things and had to go to Urgent care in Jasper. They got me in and had me to the room quick. The nurse came in and took my BP, temp ect. My BP was pretty high. So, Paige (I hope I’m remembering that correctly) the Dr on staff cane in and talked about the drops they would prescribe. However I had asked at what point and numbers should I be concerned with my blood pressure, enough to go to the ER. Paige went through anything and everything I needed to know. From the physical feeling from high BP to the numbers to be concerned. She made sure I understood as well. Her bed side manor was one of a long time family Dr. You don’t see that much anymore anywhere. I sure hope whoever owns that company is taking good care of that staff. From the front desk check in to the nurse and Dr they are a staff that seems like a long time family doctors office. If I lived in Jasper that would be my Doctors office. I own several businesses and the only way to have success is you have to make the customer have a great experience. Especially when people come to y’all not feeling well. Folks remember those type of experiences better than any others. If the Dr and staff seem drab and act as if it’s just a job when a person is feeling down and vulnerable or maybe even scared-due to their illness or injury, that can make for a disaster in that patients eyes and they will not forget that. However when a staff is are positive, competent and understand their patients needs that is remembered. Everyone their made my experience, which stared with pink eye and turned out my BP could have been a serious situation a outstanding experience. I know slot of people in Jasper and this will be known. Thank you guys, and whoever owns this facility better know how well that type of staff represents that operation and the community. "Glad I went here! Took about an hour from walking in to out. The doctors were very friendly, personable and professional, extremely thorough, & explained everything from start to finish. MA/Nurse did what she felt needed to be done that she could do before the Dr. came in which was appreciated, it saved time! We saw the NP and he returned with the doctor after for a summary of the visit and final instructions. I was extremely pleased! Front desk is not very friendly but I personally don't need friendly. She does her job and seems to do it efficiently so that was good enough for me."
