"In the past I haven’t had the greatest service at this Fast Pace.. but yesterday 2/17/24 about noon, we had the best care we’ve ever had there with the NP on site. She was thorough, kind, and great with children. Really appreciated her."

"So much for fast paced! you have to check in on the tablet. it sends a text to your phone. then you have to fill out all the information again and hopefully it finds you in the system. then they call you back up to pay your portion of the bill. Everything you are doing for yourself. why have anyone at the front at all! Not impressed with the staff at all it seems like I was a bother to them being there. Almost one hour and still sitting. one positive note. dr was very nice and concerned. I would see him again maybe he will open his own practice."

"Fast pace Urgent Care is awesome. Everyone who works there is a very polite and kind. There's never more than a half an hour late when you walk in, but they let you hold your place online if you sign up on the web first. That's always a nice treat. Once in the office you're treated kindly, quickly andthen you're out the door. I'll always return to fast pace!"

"Professional staffing, very courteous, was seen within 15-20 min of signing in (appeared to be a very slow day for a Friday afternoon around 2pm). I believe I could have been seen even sooner, had I signed in on line before showing up?? Consultation was probably another 10 min. Answered my questions, very professional. An enjoyable first time visit."

"I will start by saying my family and I have come to this urgent care multiple times for multiple issues and until today, I have always had an extremely positive experience. Today, however, was not positive. Upon arrival, we explained the issue we were seeking treatment for and the receptionist blew us off stating, "all we will be able to do is xyz." This receptionist was not a nurse and should not be trying to triage medical issues. There is a reason we came to urgent care, we obviously needed the consultation of a medical professional, not someone who answers phones and eats pizza at her desk. The bathroom was revolting; mold in the toilet bowl, dirt and debris all over floor, dirt smeared walls and door, etc. The exam room was not much better with globs of hair in the sink, dirty exam table and dust bunnies. Our PA, whom we have seen before, was fabulous and attentive and I have no complaints with. She took care of our medical issue with ease and her treatment was almost worth the other bs. It has changed names since our previous visits so maybe a change in ownership is to blame for low caliber of customer service employees and cleanliness. The worst thing about all of this is, they won't lose any customers because, unfortunately, they are the only urgent care in the area. I will also post pictures for proof of conditions, especially during a pandemic when cleanliness should be high priority."
