"Lindsey Price is one of the first medical professionals to treat me with compassion and genuinely listen to me. She sat with me through all my concerns, referred me out to a series of appropriate doctors, and made me feel heard and seen in a way I honestly had given up on receiving. I walked into this place rehearsing a script on how I would leave and ended up not only staying the whole time, but feeling really good about it. There is literally nothing that could have happened to make this a better experience for me other than if they had had stickers at the counter (which I have already ordered for them bc this place is incredible). if you have medical anxiety or are just looking for a place to start your medical Healthcare journey, this is the place to go. Even the receptionists were friendly and inviting. I literally have no complaints. 10/10 service and staff."

"After trying to get prescription filled, I found out thru the pharmacy that Dr. Wallace was no longer employed there and hadn't been for months. You would think they would have notified patients of this. Now I'm trying to get prescription filled that ran out and they can't get me in to see Dr. Never use this place again!!"

"Everyone is polite but good luck getting anyone on the phone! Just held 30 minutes and no one came back to me! She said the name of the clinic and then said, ' Can you hold?' and before I could say yes or no, she put me on hold, where I sat for 30 minutes!!"

"I love Dr. Wallace, BUT the ladies at the front desk are incompetent. I was told my bloodwork would be covered 100%, and due to a billing error on their part I am now out of pocket $100+. I called and spoke with Tristan and Megan 6 times now, and have even gone inside the office twice to have this issue resolved. I get the same response every time, "I'll check into it and give you a call back." NO ONE EVER CALLS ME BACK. This has been going on for months now. I am fed up and do not recommend this office."

"I know I said I didn’t have insurance, but I didn’t say I couldn’t pay. Going to the doctor is a cold experience now and it’s sad. I wasn’t so much worried about it being expensive as much as I was worried that I was alright. So mentioning how expensive something could be if it is actually what’s wrong is in poor taste at the beside in my opinion. The visit was so insignificant I don’t even remember the PA’s name and that’s because I was only in there for about 2 minutes. I would have paid for a complete visit and got my eyes, ears and chest listened too at the least! Guess that’s all good also though. Be careful what institution you invest your time and money in. Remember that you are a customer and not a patient so your feelings don’t get hurt when the “business” you invested your time and money in no longer needs you as a customer/patient."
