"I had no idea this little clinic even existed! I was able to get my husband in within a few hours of calling and we were met with so much care and compassion....from the front desk to the doctor (Robin) to the pharmacy located inside the office. They have returned my calls very promptly with answers to all my questions. They are very efficient, courteous, and caring. Robin is very knowledgeable! My doctor of 30 yrs just retired so I'm going to start using Robin as my doctor! Very impressed with every aspect of this office!"
"New patient 1st visit. Staff very nice, nurse Gray listened to all my issues and was kind. However I do have 1 complaint. I was told my prescriptions would be called in Friday (day of my visit) but as of right now (Monday) they have not been sent to pharmacy."
"Overall not a bad facility, but I believe their is a significant communication breakdown between the front desk and the doctor or whatever their title is. Case in point, I needed a refill on one of my medications (blood pressure), so my Pharmacy (Walgreens), automatically starts messaging the prescriber when the time comes for refills. After three days of being out of my medicine, and Walgreens telling me my prescription is delayed because they can't make contact with my prescriber to authorize refills, I went to the front desk Friday and explained what was going on. I was promptly told that they had not received no such requests and would have to wait until the following Monday because the doctor had gone for the weekend. My personal opinion is that either Walgreens was lying, or someone wasn't doing their job properly in getting information passed along. Bottom line: good luck getting refills on time."
"This clinic has gotten so out of touch with their patients. My son has had two appointments with them only to be called by them to be rescheduled because the person he is to see is out. Most doctors offices (I guess this is why no one is a doctor at this clinic) would get you in asap especially after the second cancelation not this clinic both reschedules were over a month out. If you're not a patient here my advice is don't become one."
"Best doctor office ever! They truly listen to you and how you feel, my whole family goes here and my children wonderful people. Only doctors office that was able to help my mom and truly listen to what she was feeling! Any cause or concerns I have they look into immediately!"
