"I get my appointments canceled at last minute and I have been a patient there since they were open in pineville Louisiana on central grounds. They wait til the day of or close to the day of your appointment and don’t reschedule the same day."

Out of all the doctors I've seen in 20 years to try to help me Noone cared about me, they literally would just push the newest antidepressant on me and wouldn't listen to what I had to say. Jack has changed my life, I'm so grateful for him. He listens to me and and truly cares about my mental well-being. I wouldn't be where I am today without his compassion for his patients. I never knew what being human felt like until I met Jack and Marc, I can not thank them enough for helping me when no one else would take me seriously."

"They wouldn't let me change doctors even though this doctor was making everything worse. It's already hard to find help in the area. Dr. Alla needs to leave her personal beliefs at home and not try to press it on anyone. Heather the supervisor or whatever thought it was all very funny. Some people do not need to work in mental healthcare. They have no passion. It's just a check for them."

Everyone I have seen here seems devoted to giving me the care and compassion I've needed. I haven't been tossed around like some folks have claimed on their reviews but their patient load seems extreme so please be patient with them."

"I showed up for my appointment this afternoon at 1pm and was informed that my appointment was at 9:30 this morning. This was not the case, the paperwork I was give prior to my appointment said 1pm. The desk clerk said that it was changed. I asked if they called me to let me know, because I have not received a call or voicemail from them. He said that they may have called the inpatient facility that I was discharged from a week ago. I told him that I wasn’t there anymore, and they should have called me. He told me that a clinician could see me, but not the doctor. I was there to have a doctor fill out extended sick leave paperwork for me, seeing someone else would not have helped me. This is an absolutely unprofessional way to run a clinic. In addition to this, the faculty was dirty and run down. It did not seem like a safe place to be, as they have to ask people if they brought mace or other weapons to the clinic. I gave one start only because zero stars is not an option."
