"Dr. Merrill is kind, knowledgeable and takes time with each patient to assure you are taken excellent care of and feel all needs have been met. Her office staff, however, are quite disorganized. The wait times are quite extended. Stopping in for fasting lab work only, the week before your appointment, should be a quick in and out process....it is not. 1 1/2 hours wait time...for a 1 minute service, is unacceptable and tarnishes Dr. Merrills outstanding care she renders."

"The care and Hospitality you receive at this clinic is by far the best I have ever encountered!! So many things I have suffered with for years, She has been able to diagnose and the relief was incredible. I had things that did not seem related but once she heard me and saw my stick person draft indicating where the pain was....she knew exactly what was wrong. Since being correctly diagnosed, I feel like I am in my twenties in regards to my joint issues. Before her diagnosis...I was eyeing automatic chairs.....(not really....but it was a close consideration.) The nursing staff will greet and treat you like family. Seriously, I have never experienced this kind of hospitality in a Dr.'s office before ...IN MY LIFE! Even the receptionists are warm and welcoming....I can not tell you how many hide behind blurred glass doors and only come out to get the clipboard you sign in on...and please don't even consider bothering them with a question. That is definitely not the case at Merrill Primary Care Clinic. No Blurry glass door and they greet you as you walk up to sign in. And they remember you!! Dr. Charlotte Merrill gets to know her patients and takes the time when she first meets you to ask all the probing questions to get to your medical history."
