"My husband and I had an appointment today at 1:10pm and another maybe 1:30pm. We walked in about 12:44 was greeted my the receptionist. The doctor and nurse assistant came in 1:20. Dr. made a phone call talking loud and laughing as if no one was around. Her assistant put her things away call a patient that had an appointment at 1pm this exame took some time. It was time for my husband to go in the room and our chart was pushed to the side. The assistant came out and called another pateint who appointment was after ours. We were not approached are no apology to us saying why another patient went before us. It was just as if we were a fly on the wall. No we are not going back. I hope it wasn't because I'm a woman of color and my husband is a Native American."

"This place was awesome! They helped me when I was in desperate need! I was in town for a conference and forgot to bring contacts. My eye doctor refused to fax/email my prescription because I only had a month left before needing a new exam and the nearest Costco was 3 hours away! They accommodated me and were able to get me an exam with a trial pair. They treated me like family!"
"Very disappointed in the wait time for the doctor to see me. I arrived at 8:17 am for a 8:30 am appointment. Was seen by the assistant, who did what she was suppose to do which took about 20 minutes, then I had to wait....and wait. The doctor finally came in at 9:28 am to see me. I was their first patient of the day! They need to have more respect for their patients time. This was unacceptable."
