"I do not recommend anyone, to do business here , I received a pair of glasses from this business middle/late April. The glue on my glasses DID NOT LAST. I don’t understand how they came apart but , the lady at the front desk blamed me and said I had to be pulling on them or something, which is very disrespectful, she didn’t offer any help , just told me that it’s nothing they can do and I will have to pay 129 dollars for a new pair. When I asked to speak with a doctor or someone over her, she said oh they’re just going to tell you the same thing. The lady at front desk’s told me that my glasses wasn’t covered for a warranty and I’ve spoke to my insurance company and they have informed me that information is false, in fact I’m covered for a year warranty after I receive my new pair of glasses."
