"Eye exam the Dr the staff everything was AMAZING NO COMPLAINTS with the the eye exam. My complaint is don't tell someone your glasses will be here by this day. I was told when I called on the 20th that mine will be here on there on the 23rd , then I was told my glasses will be there on the 24! I was told we will call the lab and find out where they are and call you back. Sadly no phone call back. Then I was told next week! Ok it has been next week It is the 31st and still no glass! I am ready to cancel everything get insurance money back and go somewhere else. This is getting a little bit ridiculous! I have got multiple glasses from here and never had no problems. I am not sure what is going on. Just very aggravating!! To be told one thing and something else happens."

"Wait time for exam was a little long but I was good with that. Everyone was very friendly and professional. My only complaint is that I need bifocals and was told they would be in after a 2 week waiting period. Well i called last week and no glasses. I was told my expected date was now 4/20 (which made 3 wks) so i called today and now Im being told it will be the beginning of next week. I cant see and need them ASAP. These readers are giving me headaches"
