"Dr. Natalia Luraguiz Gibson adopted a dog from BMAR animal rescue. She moved and left the dog. The dog died. Is this the type of person you want taking care of your health? She is NOT uneducated, NOT in financial straits. Signed a contract to bring the puppy back for any reason. This puppy did not even make it to her 6 month birthday. She signed a contract to take her to the vet for her wormer and vaccinations.....NONE of which were done. So much for responsible adoption!"
