"Therapy is great the food and service sucksin my opinion as a patient"

"I'm an agency nurse and I have had the chance to work at this facility on a few occasions. This is going to be an honest review from a non family, contracted nurse. This facility is very old, and in need of serious upgrading, on all levels. But, with that being said, I have yet to encounter employees at much nicer facilities that can make do, and take care of the residents, with so little supplies. House keeping here, is excellent. The floor CNA'S are outstanding. Nurses, are caring and compassionate to the residents needs. I'd like to call this place an ugly duckling. It is beautiful, but, the overall care the residents receive, from my honest, unbiased opinion only, is excellent."

"My Grandmother was here,and I was so thankful for the care that this nursing facility gave her. The therapy department is amazing!! It was not the fanciest nursing home we had been to,but the care was supreme for her. Especially therapy department those ladies can work miracles."

"That is why my dad leave that place and now he's happy to be in minden and i don't like how they run things thank God his out of their now I can see my dad more so I'm happy his close by my house I'm happy his in my town and he is being taken care of by the nurses town and country I'm glad he's happy"

"This place was not good at all! My gradma went here and they gave her the wrong medicine, and they let her sit on the floor. They gave a mental test and she wasn’t even there for that. Don’t choose this place if you love your family!"
