"Poor office admin - I give 5 stars to the therapists and thank them for all the wonderful work they did with my son BUT the office admin is very poor and left us with a terrible experience. We were billed incorrectly for over a year because they have incompetent staff who can’t verify insurance correctly. I even asked them a year ago if they were billing us correctly because my EOB showed a different copay but this was ignored. So, I trusted them and continued my son’s appts. A WHOLE YEAR later, this same admin “just happened to catch it” and proceeded to send me an invoice of over $1300 and reported we were responsible for their repeated failure. If they did this to us and can’t correctly verify insurance then I know this is happening to other families. If you do choose them, tread carefully and double check your copay is correct because they obviously don’t care to."

"Whatever you do, avoid doing business with these people. The first appointment, they introduced us to our therapist for my daughter and we saw her maybe two other times while going once a week. The rest of the time it was a revolving door of young kids right out of college. Then to top things off, in April they call us and tell us we owe them several thousand dollars because our insurance changed and not one person who works there was smart enough to verify our insurance like every other doctors office does and they claimed we were responsible for it. Our visits went from $50 a week to $190 and they failed to let us know until 4 months into the year. They are dishonest, incompetent, and rude."

"Great stuff And lots of fun stuff to use as aids when teaching the children. Just wonderful people who are great with children and allow me to be involved with my child's progress. I highly recommend this group and there was no waiting list when we started."
