"This place fails they make you an appointment but not tell you to arrive early. Then when your on time and they running behind you get punished by having to reschedule. This place has very poorly managed and needs to be reported to the BBB for their practices. In our case they was running behind and had us seating out in the lobby for 30 min to say we was late. Also never expect them to their words. Numerous time we request supplies to be sent ever x amount time period. Even though they say they will they dont."

"I’ve had a wonderful experience. I don’t know or understand why the reviews are so low. NP Kimmy was great and seemed like she really cared. All follow up appointments were great too. I only had to do 1 at home study and was diagnosed from that. As far as the CPAP machine, billing called me and answered all my questions professionally."

"I had to cancel my appointment. I called a month in advance to advise them. I later received a bill in the mail. I called the office and spoke with someone who said I should not have been charged and would take care of it. I continue to receive a bill for that appointment which was canceled with 30 days notice. I only got replacement equipment once and that was after a phone call. I was advised it would automatically be mailed. I would recommend going somewhere else."

"Years ago, this was one of the best sleep clinics to me and my husband. They helped my husband so much, but here recently is the problem. Back in 2017, my husband took his machine, equipment, etc in for a scheduled appointment. Well, everything went well, but after the appointment and his sleep study, he didn't get his old mask back, they gave him a new mask (very different from the old one) it doesn't work for him. I've called them to ask them if he could have a new mask, only to be told to order one or make a new appointment, well here's the problem, he's changed jobs and now has gone from working a night shift to a day shift. I've explained that to them countless times, have told them I will get him an appointment as soon as he has his first vacation, all he needs is a new mask because you all shouldn't have kept his old mask. My husband has stop breathing so many times at night because he's unable to use his machine. I can't sleep at night because of this. This is not his fault. I don't understand this clinic anymore. It's like they don't even care about the wellbeing of the patient anymore. I'm never one to ever leave reviews about clinics, people, or anything, but I feel I want others to know what I'm having to deal with. I wouldn't dare what anyone else to have to deal with something so petty like this. I could buy another mask, and at this point, that's what I'm going to have to do. My husband's life is much more important."
