"My husband has been going to this Dr for over a year and a half and we have never been late for an appointment and today we were 10 minutes late and the lady informs us they have a new 10 minute rule and that they wouldn't be able to see us until 11:30. I understand if you are late it puts everyone behind but hell we have waited longer than 10 minutes to even see the Dr., why because things happen. Needless to say we are going to find him a new Dr."

"This is a great place. My doctor is great, she takes well care of me, but I’m going to rate this a 4 star based on the way they handle things and the treatment the nurses give you. They aren’t always kind, sometimes they have an attitude which I don’t appreciate. I also have had trouble with prescriptions not being sent to my pharmacy right away. I recently had an infection and I had to call them multiple times to get them to send my prescription over. The women who work at the lab and the billing department also have a stinky attitude. Unfortunately, with my medical condition I have been to a few clinics in the past and I have met amazing healthcare workers who seem to enjoy what they do, not these ones. The only reason why I remain at this clinic is my doctor because truly if it wasn’t for her I would have switched a long time ago."

"I love my doctor and staff. He is through and takes time to listen and take the best plan of action. With that being said, that is with well checks and yearly check ups. Good luck getting in when you are sick and need to see a doctor. The last three times I have been sick, I have not been able to get in for weeks. A lot of good that does me when I am sick.
