He is a kind doctor who is a great listener and includes his patients in their care. That really speaks to his character and professionalism. "Sad…was supposed to be seen by Dr. Wilson, after having a scheduled appointment for several weeks. I get there, waited 45 minutes to be seen, and then notified that I was to be seen by my previous PCM. I requested a change for a reason. Either way, I couldn’t be seen and once it was figured out that it was, in fact a misunderstanding ON THEIR PART due to “the appointment system.” Therefore, I left, went hope and wrote a review and posted it. Later, my wife called them to discuss and try to find resolution and was asked to take the post down because “the Dr’s do not like negative reviews. Basically, take it down or I wouldn’t be seen. Day after that, my wife was told that he would not take me as a patient due to “what has already happened.” I was really looking for to having a good Dr. that didn’t rush you. I guess I have been sheltered by the military for the last 20 years as I am not used to childish behavior when confronted due to a mistake, once again, on their part. Either way, I do understand that Dr. Wilson is a great Dr., that was NEVER in question (the reason for requesting him), just disappointed that all it takes is a simple misunderstanding to drop/not see a patient. I really miss the military due to accountability. By the way, I had posted a review right after it happened, I will now stand by and wait on a rebuttal, however, the above is EXACTLY what happened."
