"My daughter and I were patients there for a couple years. They have no courtesy. They desk people are rude. It is impossible to speak to anyone that knows what is going on. Do not rely on them for after emergency situations. They do not bother to read the files sent by the emergency doctors. They promise med refills that they do not do. I wouldn’t bother asking them for a referral. I was able to find and schedule 2/4 of those I needed before they were able to get me into anyone… if you actually need care, do not go here."

"Morgan should be fired for the mishandling of a patient. These people obviously don’t care about the well-being of their patients. I will urge everyone I know to avoid this location because of the carelessness of its office staff."

"Very rude receptionist. We spoke over the phone on a Wednesday and she gave me appointment options for the same day, thurs then fri. I told her I wasn’t able to come in the same day but that I’d take the appointment for Thursday. When I showed up Thursday, she told me I missed my appointment because it was for Wednesday. She insisted she was right, however, when we were still on the phone, she never said your appointment is scheduled for TODAY. It was, your appointment is this day and this time. Instead of being professional and looking for the next available appointment (since I took off work to be there) she argued with me that I was wrong and she was right. Luckily someone heard her escalation and said they would take me today at the time I was supposed to be seen. The receptionist was NOT kind nor professional at all. I’ve also had problems with staff entering the wrong coding to my insurance. I received an extremely large bill for items I know are covered. When I talked to my insurance company they told me they coded items for issues I’ve never been seen for! It was a huge mess that should’ve never happened. I have no clue if that was done on purpose or if they’re just not paying attention close enough. Either way, these issues are enough to make me search for a new doctor."

"I have a been a patient of Dr. Wyatt for several years, even before she moved to Bossier.. She is great! very attentive and concerned... Last couple of visits I saw NP Angela Miller, 1st visit I thought it may not be the best idea; however she turned out to be great as well. She is very concerned and willing to get you the treatment and test that are necessary. I think these people are awesome and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to establish a new Dr./ NP"

"I get told to call back after 8am (only called before to see if they had their hours on a recording) but someone answered and said call back at 8am so I do same guy answers and is nothing but rude and snaps off at me. Geez people I'm hurting and just wanna see a doctor if you answer phone then you should know if there is an opening"
