"WK Quick Care used to be my go-to place for me and my sons. After multiple bad experiences, I tried Ochnser Urgent Care. Over the past couple of years, I've brought me and my boys here for an array of problems, and have a great experience every time. The wait times are usually pretty short, and all the staff from the front desk, nurses, and PA's are consistently so friendly and knowledgeable. I've never had a misdiagnosis or had to go get a second opinion like at WK Quick Care. Love this location and all its staff!"
"I got caught up in my dog’s leash while being barefoot and she changed directions. two toes were bent backwards almost to the top of my foot. Basically my two of my toes were dislocated at each joint and my toes looked tike the number “7”. Was in a lot of pain with a lot of swelling. Couldn’t get it xrayed because there was no technician there that day. Got put into a boot that was very awkward to walk in, so I was asked if I wanted crutches, because I looked like a toddler trying to take my first steps. I told her only if I could get the ones the attach at the forearm and was told they didn’t have those. The last time I had the regular crutches that went under my arms, my hand would get numb. I know I was using them wrongly, but after a good while walking with them, I was getting tired. So anyway when I was told they didn’t have the forearm crutches, I asked about the knee cycle thing. They didn’t have that either. I felt so unsafe walking with that boot. Thank goodness the lady who fit me with the boot held onto me while I was glued to the wall railing. I didn’t get crutches there or at the orthopedic clinic either and because I didn’t have them I developed bursitis in my hip. I asked for the steroid injection for it and NP did a great job—better than any doctor who has given those to me. Alas, still no arm crutches or knee cycle. You guys need a variety of equipment available and always have a full staff. My full thickness blisters broke and now I’m dealing with numbness and nerve issues there. I’m going to walk around in steel toe slippers when in my house and my dog is running around looking like a nut."
"It took a while to be seen but the clinic was busy and full. I waited in my vehicle and was contacted as promised. The care I received was prompt and efficient. I was listened to by everyone who tended to me, via phone and in the room and labs were prompt. Diagnosis and treatment were explained. Thank you!"
"The people were absolutely some of the best that I have had to deal with when sick. I didn’t feel like I was in a cattle car. They made sure I was good enough to leave, and didn’t just send me on my way with what they thought would be good enough. And the people there were very nice and had a great bedside manner."
"The entire staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and wonderful. From the moment I entered I felt like I was the most important thing on everyone’s to do list. It was patient first. I left feeling better regarding my illness and that I had gotten the best care and treatment for me. Thank you everyone! Another visit during the Christmas season. Once again everyone was wonderful. And all of us waiting to be seen was seen quickly especially considering how many people had come to Urgent Care that day!"
