"7:15am Cold Cracklin, chicken cracklin full of feathers. Employee at the front desk rolled her eyes when I asked for fresh hot cracklin which were still cold hard as rock and unseasoned."

"Employees are great but the food is so inconsistent. The burgers are SO spicy. I’m all for flavor but their burger is just unenjoyable anymore. Some days the food is spicy and other days is extremely spicy. Last burger was probably it for our family."

"I have to say that Don’s has outdone themselves in exceptional customer service. I placed an order for my Thanksgiving dinner this year and when I went to go pick it up my dessert ( bread pudding) had not been made. The lady sincerely apologized to me about the mistake and it was not a big deal for me. I know these things happen sometime. Well to my surprise, I received a call from them the day before Christmas Eve to tell me they were making me a bread pudding and would have it ready for me to pick up free of charge the next day. I was really amazed that they remembered and that they kept my informed to make up for the Thanksgiving error. When I went to go pick up I was personally handed the huge bread pudding still warm, I received another apology, and was wished a very Merry Christmas!!! You don’t find this kinds of attention nowadays anymore!! The bread pudding was delicious along with everything else we purchased while we were there( bbq ribs lunch plates, boudin roll, chicken cracklings, boudin balls). We have never been disappointed by the taste and quality of the food. 100% recommended"

"I am so glad I tried this place. Service is outstanding! That alone gets them 5 stars. The Boudin and Cracklin was a first for me. I loved it. The beef and pork smoked sausage was a huge burst of flavor every bite. I will definitely be back here and I hope y'all give this place a chance. Tons of different meats to take home as well."
