"Trying to be seen by anyone is impossible, they tell you to leave a message and someone will get back to you. But how long does someone wait? Just lost my business, going to a different doctor whos office answers the phone and is able to make an appointment within the same call. Do better."
"Trying to get my son scheduled for counseling and get him some help he has adhd but everything I call the counseling no one answer the phone I just want to set him up a appointment the soonest the better. I gave 3 stars because no one ever picks up the phone when u call but when u walk in the office there is everyone by a phone. Also take forever to return my call back I been trying to get him seen for a month now just fr counseling"
"Based on my experience at this clinic with Ms. Antoinette Riley I felt like I received the lowest level of care a Provider could give. There was a lack of care, communication, and a refusal to seek other options. In addition, when you want to submit a complaint to the clinic coordinator Cynthia nothing can be done because Ms. Riley runs her own practice. Also, Cynthia made a very similar statement to what Provider Riley told me in my appointment about the treatment for my concern, when I went on to describe the issues I was having she told me that it was normal, but also made it clear she doesn’t know because she’s never used the treatment herself and she’s only a nurse. Cynthia did ask me if I wanted to make an appointment with Ms. Riley because that's all she can do, I told her no. Personally, I don't know why it would make sense for me to want to see a provider that I'm calling in grievance of. I still will like to make a formal complaint."
"I called to get a prescription refilled on a Tuesday. I was told my doctor was on vacation and his nurse had taken off. There was no one to renew my prescription. They need to have a system in place to renew prescriptions when everyone is gone. Two days later, my prescription was renewed but sent to the wrong pharmacy despite my explicitly asking for it to be sent to a different pharmacy. The pharmacy that they sent it to is mail order and, even better, Monday is a holiday. I'll get it a week from now maybe. Edit....I called and left a message with the Pod Coordinator. Looks like order has been sent to the correct pharmacy now."
