"There was a time when this was a great facility. That time has passed. For a standard annual eye exam, the QUICKEST I have been seen by a doctor since Dr Jones left is 90 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. On my most recent visit, I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time without seeing a doctor, and had to leave without getting to see one at all. I understand that things come up, but this is excessive, particularly for a SCHEDULED appointment."

"Took over an 1.5 hours to get me back after appt time. They just wrote a script for .5 stronger than I had before without actually checking my eyesight. Just told me I was good. Then when I asked for a script for contacts, the Dr sent someone else in that "makes commission." I asked for a script for my Acuvue Moist Dailies that I have been wearing for YEARS. Lady stated that they were being discontinued and that I would have to swap to one of their brands. When I asked when they were being discontinued, she said "I don't know, maybe in a few years." Then wrote me a script for them. Called Acuvue and they are NOT discontinuing. Not only did I not receive an actual eye exam I paid for, they also lied to me."

"When I went a year ago it was great. Go for my appointment last week only to get there, update my paperwork, they even verified with my that my insurance hadn’t changed then told me my copay and I questioned it since I don’t usually have one with my insurance. The lady at the desk told me oh we don’t accept Davis anymore. I guess no thought to contact the patients to let them know. So I missed work and drove out of my way for basically nothing."

"The staff is awesome. They take time to listen to you even if you think your questions are repetitive they listen and make sure you understand everything. Thanks for all you do! This goes from receptionist to nurses and dr Coleman. I still have one eye to go but seems like a miracle already! First eye blurry but hey only been 3 days gotta heal……stay tuned"

"Everything about my experience at Dr. Coleman’s office was spectacular. I had difficulty being accurately tested at another vision center in town, so I was elated when my prescription was correct. Elizabeth is particularly skilled at what she does but also has wonderful interpersonal skills. Dr. Coleman is very precise, and easy to talk with. The experience overall was remarkable. I’d recommend them to anyone."
