The second and last time that I stopped by for a drink, the lady behind the counter did charge me just for using my debit card. Notice that I had used it the first time and they did not. The difference might have been the man behind the register (Not the lady). Also, lots of people in the surroundings, perhaps trying to sell/buy drugs."
