"They were very unapologetically rude. Didn’t give a damn about my pain showed no sympathy towards me. I am pregnant and fell and hurt my knee and they acted like they could do nothing for me. I was about to pass out from the heat in the hot no circulation room they had me in and the nurse was so rude when I asked for cold water… horrible experience. Doctor was even more nonchalant and impatient as the triage nurse and room nurse. I wish I never had gone. P.s. they treated my two use year old daughter that was with me with more kindness humility and I was the actual patient. 23 weeks pregnant…. Go out of business… Also, do not comment on my review apologizing for the horrible service. It won’t change how I feel or how poorly the staff is.."

"If I'm unable to get my kids in to see their pediatrician on short notice. I always chose WK-Pierremont. I never have to wait long, and the staff is always so helpful and pleasant. I would recommend this Urgent care to anyone needing to be seen if you're unable to get in with your PCP."

"Short waiting time for triage, only one doctor in the office on Saturday, but still got seen pretty quickly. Front desk staff was helpful, Triage nurses were great, physician had a great bedside manner and took very good care of me. We were in and out in less than an hour. First time being seen here and if I have to, I would go back!"

"Was seen in a timely and professional manner especially given the busy day!! What people need to understand on the wait time is yes, you probably can’t get in to your primary doctor because guess what, they are busy too. So, they refer you to quick care then you have all the people that don’t have primary doctors coming in. Plus people with multiple family members coming in at the same time and while it doesn’t necessarily take up an extra room it does require more time to process and discharge a group. You can’t add on rooms so the best thing to do is be prepared to wait and know that the employees are doing the best they can to provide timely and professional care!! So, cut them some slack and be grateful you were able to be seen. Great job guys!!"
