"AVOID AT ALL COST IF YOU ARE BRINGING A CHILD. My 1 year old has had multiple mishaps at this place. Everything from having his bloodwork mishandled, to changing his appointment time without notifying us or getting our consent. If you have an appointment, let’s say at 9:00am, be prepared to spend half of your day there just waiting. We have had several appointments that took us upwards of 3 hours just to speak to someone. This last time, as of the post, we had an appointment for his flu shot at 9:00am. We checked in at 9:00am. We watched people in the lobby come and go with no update as to why we hadn’t been called back yet. My wife asked the lady behind the desk (at 930) why our appointment for 9 has been pushed back to she replied “I don’t know, let me go ask the back”. She later came back out and assured us it wouldn’t be much longer. 10:00am hits and we were still in the lobby waiting to get his flu shot. We had to cancel our appointment at that time. This place does not care about its patients nor do they care about having a professional medical environment. Ochsner / LSU’s standards for patient care are abysmal, and we will not be back to another facility with that name."
"This clinic is always clean and the staff is always nice and courteous. Dr.s explain everything well and ask great questions. My 4-year old felt comfortable and the staff interacted with him well."
"I can't say enough nice things about having my grandbaby being born here. Every single nurse in this place is a 10/10, it is pretty obvious that they only hire the best of the best! Location not the best so I was a little concerned, Don't be! best care ever. This is a fantastic place to have a baby, I would Honestly say the best in Shreveport by far. Shout out to NICU, the best of the best. I didn't have a baby but my daughter who did, said to post this."
"Dr. Tanje Dudenbostel was great. We had to improvise and have a phone visit instead of a video appt.& that was totally ok with me. My questions were answered much to my satisfaction. Dr. Tanje listened to me & that's very important but often overlooked by doctors because they're too busy. Thank you Dr Tanje May God Bless you in a special way✝️."
"The doctor and staff were amazing. The doctor dealt with my concerns and showed interest in helping us move pass the issues. Dealing with an autistic child can be challenging, they were terrific, patient, and engaging with my granddaughter. I recommend them highly."
