"My son is in this hospital full of incompetent doctors and nurses and receptionist. Doctors don’t oversee their residents, 4 doctors 4 maybes none the same. Allow people not truly related to be with the patient but not biological family. Truly one of the worst examples of medical professionals I’ve ever dealt with. Hopefully you find somewhere better to take your family member"
"This is the 2nd time my mom has had to go to the E/R and they left Rhino Rockets in her nose and sent her home!!!!! She was in pain all night before she called anyone. Now it's a trip to an ENT from her doctor's office to have them taken out. WILLIS KNIGHTON NORTH E/R SUCKS!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY THERE!!!"
"Most nurses were top notch. The people who serve food in the cafeteria and ring up food at the register should all be fired on the spot. Not one but several experiences during my loved one's 2 day stay. A small salad is very reasonable. I put some cole slaw in the top of the container and some salad in the bottom. Since I had fish, I didn't want to mix the 2. I was told it would be double and the price of 2 salads. I then dumped the top on the bottom and the bowl was STILL not full but created slop. The lack of intelligence and reasoning simply amazes me. When asked for tartar, she pointed and just said over there. It wasn't. She never offered to get some out of the refrigerator section even after I asked. The previous day the bacon was all scraps soaked in grease and pancakes crunchy. 10 minutes later a woman had fresh bacon even though I was told there was none, nor will there be any. Silverware had noticeable food particles. Prices are not clearly defined. Mark, the manager listened actively and I believe took action because breakfast the next day had the best biscuits I have tasted in years and the meats were perfect! He has a hard job and has to deal with the cards issued. Great manager and is to be admired. Watch for favoritism on the server's part, also. They need to realize people are watching and actually care. When people are already in a stressful situation, staff should at the very least show caring and compassion without blatant favoritism and apathy or find another line of work. In summary, the nursing staff, transport, phlebotomists, front desk people, and physicians would have been given 5 stars, but the detractor was the cafeteria...the one place a stressed out patient advocate could come to to obtain the comfort of food to soothe their nerves and take the edge off of several rest broken nights."
"My friend is at this hospital and has two Incurable diseases. I went to visit her on Christmas Eve and her lips and mouth were so dry. I had to go ask for Vaseline and stuff to do oral care. I had to do it myself. They acted like it was unimportant and they didn't want to touch her."
"Dr. CRAIG ANDREWS. Black man working in the emergency room is a terrible, inconsiderate, incompetent, doctor i have ever encountered. Visited the emergency room, waiting from 8:30pm and finally got seen around 10:45. Dr. Andrews saw me previously and told me that he?s going to do the same thing he done for me last time because ?it worked good enough for me to go home.? However the next hour or so at home, I?m back sick and then back at the hospital again. When trying to express my concerns with Dr. Andrews, he over talked me, seemed annoyed and did not offer any compassion or sympathy. He was very rude and made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome ON TOP of how sick and terrible I already feel. If you get him in the emergency room, request another doctor. He will make you feel worse than you felt before he came in. He admitted that he only does enough for people to leave, not for them to feel good. Remember that when he?s your doctor and report him."
