"The waiting room is hot and filled with flies. I arrived by ambulance which was called to my general practioner office because they feared i may have a heart attack or stroke. I was wheeled through the emergency room and dumped into the waiting room where i can only assume they are waiting for me to die. I was serious enough to need nitroglycerin more than 6 hours ago. I can only hope my heart holds out. Apparently the hearts of these people expired some long time ago!"
