"I went here today for a rapid Covid test, and was running a high fever, I was told even tho the antigen test was negative that I needed to go elsewhere for a PCR test, ok fine no problem. They said they would call me in a prescription for a Z pack since I was obviously sick and showing symptoms, they asked me which pharmacy I used and I told them. My prescription was never called in, I tried to contact the office and it was closed at 4, the pharmacy never got my prescription. What kind of drs office forgets to call in a prescription? What a joke this place is."

"I don’t know who is in charge of the Center clinic or if it’s government operated but someone needs to step in and manage it so patients don’t leave the office unsatisfied about the service employees are providing. Nurses specially the bilingual ones are very rude and impatient, I’m not gonna question their certification but it seems like a nursing degree requires an extensive study on costumers services too. The second time we had an issue we had to constantly call everyday to get my mother’s medication to the right pharmacy they would tell us they had called it in to the right pharmacy but the pharmacy would say they had not. for a week! My elderly mother had to go without medication for a week because of someone’s lack of care or incompetence at the clinic. This last time my mother wanted her blood pressure medication changed to a different one and she thought they had called in both her diabetic medication and blood pressure medicine to the pharmacy until it was time to pick it up we notice they only refilled one. We called the clinic and they said they where going to pass on the message to the nurse and they would get back with us . Well they never did. The weekend came and we had to call back again the following week which is now they said they can’t talk to me because I’m not in the “privacy papers”. Ma’am , I’m in the privacy papers I should know I filled them up. She continued to insist without knowing who she’s was talking to until I told her my name. She said, oh yes you are in here. Puts me on hold until, I would like to assume were two “dropped calls” I had to call them right back again, until they said ma’am your mother said she didn’t wanted her diabetic medication that’s why we didn’t called it in. Are you freaking kidding me! That’s why she came in to get refills on her medication she only wanted one of her medications changed to a different one. Boy, that’ll tell you the type of translation that went on in there. Anywho, going into two weeks now and we still don’t have a medication."
